Accreditation of Individual Programs

It is important to note that not all academic programs and departments have a specialized accreditation. For those programs that have distinct and specialized accreditations, D'Youville has sought them out and they are listed below.

D'Youville seeks academic program accreditation from appropriate specialized accreditation agencies. They assure the educational community, students and their families, the general public, and other organizations, that an academic program has met high standards of quality and effectiveness.

In addition, some state registration boards require a degree from an accredited professional degree program as a prerequisite for licensure.
