Registrar

The Office of the Registrar maintains student data and provides class schedules, course registrations, grading, transcripts, diplomas, degree verifications and enrollment verifications.

The registrar's office is where students go to get information about their enrollment, academic records, and class schedules.
The registrar’s office keeps records for every student, course and program. They’re responsible for allowing students to enroll in the courses they need to complete their respective degree programs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Keeping records of curriculum prerequisites,
  • determining students' graduation eligibility,
  • processing grades, transcripts and diplomas.

The Registrar's Office serves to support the mission of D'Youville by ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity, safeguarding academic records and by providing accessible and reliable administrative services while striving to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, administration, alumni and the community.

Our student-centric philosophy is to provide efficient service in a courteous, fair and equitable manner. We work closely with all departments in a manner based on the principles of fairness, good stewardship, and a commitment to excellence.

The Registrar's Office ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all education records as they are defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The Registrar's Office is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
