All students will be required to complete the Spanish Language Assessment and Agreement form in order to place students in the appropriate level.

For students beginning with Beginner Spanish I (SPA-101), this would equal 23 credit hours in foundation courses and four electives for a total of 35 credit hours. A minimum of two electives at the 300 level are also required. Students who place out of one or more of the required foundation hours will make up their hours by selecting more electives.
