Basic study skills for the Sciences will be covered along with test-taking strategies, learning science in a systematic way, memorizing terminology, studying diagrams, and understanding the big picture concepts of both Biology and Chemistry.

Search & Cite - Library Resources
This workshop was created specifically for students who know very little or nothing about APA. You will learn the basic tools needed for citing sources and setting up a References page. We will look at the MOST helpful online sources that will provide you with correct and useful examples.

How to Approach Instructors
In this Interactive workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate the best way to approach your instructor with questions.  It will be an informative but fun workshop.  We will roleplay scenarios of common issues that students are afraid to talk to instructors about.
